Plagiarism: to be or not to be

For a long time me the theme of plagiarism interested.

Today has learned, that known group The Eagles "has borrowed" a theme at group Jethro Tull. The hit Hotel California "has made" from a theme We used to know.

Well, what's next?

Puff Daddy- Angels With Dirty Faces is plagiarism of Fantasy (Earth, Wind and Fire)

Rainbow- Catch the Rainbow is plagiarism of Little Wing (J. Hendrix)

Crazy Town- Butterfly is plagiarism of Pretty Little ditty (Red Hot Chili Peppers)

Enrique Iglesias- Escape is plagiarism of Beautiful girl (INXS)

It's impossible to write the same melody twice, but to sell it's possible.(c)
